Join Natasha Clarke in this practice of deepening relationship with plants as medicine through waking dreamwork, meditation and ceremony. In this group setting we will practice working with our senses in new and different ways.
Being embodied in this way, somatically alive and aware, is inherently a practice of vulnerability and a deepening of self trust.
If we can practice trusting what we feel, we will inherently deepen our relationship around our our own self worth. Natasha has been holding these groups with safety and inclusion for the last 10 years and has been constantly inspired by how these simple techniques can give back to ourselves and our relationships.
This workshop uses the wisdom, guidance and love that our teacher plants have to offer us, with some very simple and traditional practices, which have their roots in the ancient art of herbal healing.
Natasha has been a practicing herbalist for 10 years, is founder of The Green Gathering, a Washington based, community-led, annual herb festival, as well as educating young and old with plant walks, wildcrafting skills and medicine-making classes locally and at various herbal conferences in the Pacific Northwest. She has enthused her love for the green folk over the airwaves with The Herb Hunter, a weekly broadcasted radio show for KSER about her wildcrafting adventures, always inspired to bring the people to the plants, the plants to the people, in so deepening and healing our connection to our mother earth.
