  3. Reserve your booth space: $25 (6’ x 5’ booth) or $40 (10’ x 10’ booth) Choose size and pay below

Vendor Rules, Regulations & Specifics

Event participation is at your own risk. Your application indemnifies the North Bend Art & Industry (NBA&I), officers, sponsors, agents and volunteers and saves and holds harmless from all claims, actions, damages, liability and expense in connection with any loss of life, business, injury of any nature, and/or damages to property.

There are no guarantees that the application will be accepted. Artist selection is at the sole discretion of North Bend Art & Industry.

North Bend Art & Industry reserves the right to remove ANY artist from the event for misrepresentation of products, inappropriate conduct, or failure to comply with the vendor guidelines and regulations as set forth by NBA&I.  NBA&I reserves the right to accept or deny any application.

Within one week of your application / payment, you will be notified of your acceptance to Artist Sunday by email.

At least one week prior to the event, information about parking, booth location, additional details will be emailed to you.

Day of Event: 

Event Check in/Set-up time is from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM.  Please have your booth open and operational by 10:00 AM.  Artists are to supply their own display items that fit within the allocated space. Several 6' Tables are available at the site.  These can be used, but must be returned to the racks at the end of the event.  

Cleanup time is from 4:00-5:00 PM. Please do not tear down your booth before 4:00 PM.

Application deadline is October 15, 2024
